Main level: Large spacious living room with large picture windows overlooking Keuka Lake. Direct access to large deck off of the living room (also connects to access from the 2 other bedrooms on this level) Full bathroom with full laundry facilities (full washer and dryer) Common area seating area for 6 and a built-in workspace for those that may benefit from having a working nook to sit in. Mini fridge on main level 4th Bedroom with a full sized bed. Common area does have a pull-out sofa (if needed) Bunk-bedroom is on main level across the hall from the Queen bedroom.
