We stayed at Villa Mare during a church retreat. The accommodations were perfect: clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen and beautiful view with easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly responsive when I had questions.

Location of this house was amazing! Direct beach access, pool within sight, and 5min drive to grocery store. Loved being able to stash beach gear on the deck walkway instead of lugging it back to the house. Outdoor showers to rinse off and house stocked with many basic necessities to get you thru a few days (trash bags, paper towels, ect). Kitchen was also well stocked with anything you would need to make dinner for 20 people. My family has been coming to Topsail for a decade and usually have a group of 12-20. This house was set up great for a few adult couples traveling with kids. Loved the A/C control on each floor. Even the 3rd story never felt too warm. The house was very clean when we arrived and the host responds quickly to text/email. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely stay here again! Can’t wait to come back next year
