Important things to note: *We ask that you treat the space with respect. If any problems arise please notify us so we can address it promptly. We will do our best to take action as soon as possible, however there is no one living on-site 24/7. * The bunk beds have a 300-pound weight limit on top and bottom. * NO children under 6 years of age are to use the top bunk beds. This is also a manufacturer warning as well. * 8 guest maximum **NOTE** No smoking whatsoever inside or outside of the property. $250 Penalty Fee for smoking on the property will be applied in addition to any cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell. **Note** NO PETS are allowed inside of the property. A $500 Penalty Fee for unauthorized pets will be applied in addition to any cleaning/restoration to the accommodations if one is found on the property. Cameras: There are outdoor cameras on the property (one oversees the driveway, firepit side of yard and front door). Wildlife: Woodland Whisper is in an area surrounded by natural forest which is naturally inhabited by wildlife such as bears, deer, moose, raccoons, fox, and other woodland creatures. Please be mindful and respectful of the wildlife.
